Abstract

This guide (Academic Publishing House "Tsenov", Svishtov, 2024 · ISBN 978-954-23-2495-9) is one of the foundational deliverables of the Heritage Game project. It distils the consortium's evaluation framework — twelve gamification criteria and nine impact criteria — into a practical, step-by-step methodology that can be reused by partners, students and external heritage actors who want to identify, document and compare gamified heritage initiatives.

The guide is openly available through the project's outputs and was used by every Heritage Game country team as the shared reference for selecting their national best-practice case studies.
