Think a Hackathon is only about coding? Think again.
At the KreativEU Hackathon: “Inherit the Past. Code the Future.”, teams from across Europe will race through Svishtov solving clues, discovering hidden heritage sites, taking team photos, scanning QR codes, and unlocking the next challenge.

- Scan. Solve. Continue.
This scavenger hunt will also help pre-test heritage points of interest and gamification mechanics developed within the Heritage Game project.
But this is more than a game.
Students will not simply visit Svishtov — they will explore it, decode it, and experience it. The stories and places they discover will inspire the ideas behind the core Hackathon challenges they will solve.
Because before coding the future, they first need to inherit the past.
