The Heritage Game project is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
1. Data We Do Not Collect
We deliberately do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII).
- We do not ask visitors to register or create accounts.
- We do not collect names, emails, IP addresses (beyond what is technically required for server operation), device identifiers, or location data.
- We do not use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) or tracking technologies.
Because no personal data is collected, no profiling or automated decision‑making is performed.

We only use strictly necessary / functional cookies, which:
- Support the basic operation of the website

- GDPR Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest in maintaining secure website operations

- No data is transferred outside the EU or Türkiye

5. KVKK Compliance
In line with the Law No. 6698 (KVKK):
- No personal data is collected, processed, or stored, therefore
- No explicit consent is required
- No data subject registry (“Verbis”) is required
- No transfer or disclosure of personal data takes place
6. Users’ Rights (GDPR & KVKK)
Even though we do not process personal data, visitors retain rights under both GDPR and KVKK, including:
- The right to be informed
- The right to request confirmation that no personal data about them is stored
- The right to raise concerns regarding data protection practices
If you contact us, we may temporarily process your email address solely to respond. This data will not be stored beyond the time required to complete the communication.

We maintain standard technical measures to ensure:
- Secure website hosting
- Protection against unauthorized access
- Quick deletion of temporary technical logs
No personal data is kept on our servers.
